ImBatch v1.2.0 released

In this release:

Added ability to change program skin. Added skins: Afterburner, Android OS, MacOS2, Windows 8, Winter2003.
Added Gaussian Blur task.
Added Inner Shadow task.
Added default menu item 'Send to ImBatch' for Windows shell context menu extension.
Small errors fixing and improvements in Windows shell context menu extensions.
Fixed working of -c parameter (auto closing after processing).
'Set Tag' task: fixed small errors in date/time tags.
'Convert Colors' task: small errors fixing.
